Personal tai chi lessons at home

Yang style tai chi has been practised for over 200 years through six generations of masters. It can be practised by anyone regardless of age and can accommodate all levels of health and fitness. At higher levels it is a powerful martial art.
Do you want to learn tai chi but can't get to a class? I can visit you at home and teach you the basics of the art including:

Yang style form

The dedicated exercise system

Tai chi principles and concepts

The principles of Qi Gung

Basic self defence concepts

The cost is £35 per class of one to one-and-a-half hours which can include up to three people.


The lessons will be tailored to individual requirments based on what students are looking to achieve. They will include the Yang style form, a special set of warm-up exercises, chi-gung meditation and the general tai chi principles.  It can also include elementary self defence techniques using softness rather than physical strength
